If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the website (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, email, and phone number.
2. Subscriptions
Some of our services are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed according to the terms in your service contract.

You further acknowledge and agree that Sunshine Cleaning & Painting shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

6. Addendum: Text Alerts Terms and Conditions
1. Our automated text alert system sends alerts and status updates to the you. These messages include confirmation that we have received your information, reminders of up upcoming cleanings, notification of house cleaning completion, links to pay your bill, and confirmation of payment received.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to our automated phone number +1 (919) 420-3214. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, you can text “START” to our automated number, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at sunshineofnc@gmail.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive 3-5 messages per house cleaning. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
